Subdivision of the process map can be used as the „recommended process standard“ for public administration organizations because it includes also the best practice and recommended management methods (quality, efficiency etc). In this respect, it is much more specific than general quality models such as CAF (EFQM) or ISO. It enables to specify and implement recommendations accepted by them.
