For evaluation of public sector services’ expediency

Systematic optimization of processes, reducing the bureaucracy in public sector services or process management cannot get by without evaluating the public sector services expediency. Expediency allows to distinguish between the essential and the unessential, it helps to define purpose or also basis of every process and activity existence. Therefore CorSet also contains manuals for systematic creation of a registry of expediencies as well as balanced evaluation of each service’s expediency (its real impact and purpose of existence) not only from the customer’s point of view but also from the point of view of the provider to ensure providing quality services effectively with respect to sustainable development.
