Application of the process map:
- Analysis of the enterprise process
- Process management
- Job descriptions
- Description of e mployees´ competences
- Description of enterprise units competences
CorSet contains an Enterprise Process Map which enables to incorporate any of the processes or activities in the enterprise and thus to create a transparent and organized structure of processes and activities - an index or “zonation” of all processes and activities in the enterprise. Application of the process map brings a considerate simplification of the analytical stage – the laborious stage of discovering the enterprise processes and searching the main and support processes is thus considerately simplified.

The detailed subdivision of process maps in CorSet goes even to the level of the specific processes and activities
The CorSet Framework Book 1 contains elaboration of the process map even to the detailed level of the separate activities and processes. In the same time, usage of the CorSet Service Catalogue enables to find the added value to every process (purpose and key performance indicators). CorSet also contains the so-called process template that enables to simplify the detailed analysis of the separate processes. more>>
All the mentioned reference models are mutually linked and form a complex that enables to considerably speed up the process analysis in the enterprise. Subdivision of the process map can be used as the “recommended process standard” for enterprises because it includes also the best practice and recommended management methods (quality, efficiency etc). In this respect, it is much more specific than general quality models such as CAF (EFQM) or ISO. It enables to specify and implement recommendations accepted by them.
