For Analyzing Processes and Activities in the Organization
Using of Map of processes allows us to do overall mapping and analyzing of processes in the organization. The Map of processes represents a record of all organization’s processes and activities.
Use of Map of processes leads to a significant simplification of process analysis – learning the organization’s processes and searching for the main and supporting processes is distinctively faster.

Procedure – CorSet usage
- Creation of the list of organization’s services (Catalogue of services);
- Identification of all processes and activities possible
- Using the type process for detailed analysis of particular processes
- Analyzing processes by using the reference models.
Within the CorSet framework the Map of processes is made in three levels of exactness – it is structured to areas of processes and then to groups of processes and activities, each group being described by it’s characteristics and information on containing processes and activities. If the Catalogue of services (see below) is used simultaneously it is possible to find out the added value of each process and identify key parameters of effectiveness, which allow management of these processes. The Map can be used as a “recommended process standard” for organizations within the public sector.
