For systematic management education
Development of management competences is besides other things given by needs and used management methods. CorSet allows suitable management methods to be chosen for particular areas and organization activities (see also Map of processes, Map of management methods) and thus helps to better define the range of competences in terms of required management skills needed for every job position. From the management methods it allows the suitable one or their appropriate combination to be chosen.
CorSet covers all possible types of management methods including the supported ones such as quality methods (CAF, BSC and Benchmarking) as well as other methods and requirements for management education arising from them. Structuring the management methods and linkage between them and the process map together with levels of maturity allows the “management minimum” in the following areas to be defined:
- Management and professional literacy
- Information literacy
- Computer literacy.

The Procedure – using of CorSet
- Service analysis (the Map of processes)
- Process and activity analysis (the Map of processes)
- Organization analysis, personal audit
- Evaluation of the levels of management maturity, weak points identification
- Definition of missing needed management competences with the help of the Map of management methods.
