CorSet Framework
CorSet FrameworkTM is a set of methods and models allowing easier analyse and optimal setting of services, processes and an enterprise management.
It can also be used for management maturity evaluation, competence model creation and management education or enterpise information architecture. more»
CorSet is process and service oriented and it is suitable for organizations and companies of all types, although its first version was made especially for the needs of the public sector.
CorSet contains:
- Process map - classification of processes and activities in the company
- Service catalogue - manual for creating the service catalogue and service management
- Type process - a template for process analysis
- other areas
Corset Framework has existed since the year 2005 and it was developed with the aim to allow more objective and easier analysis of the organization´s situation as well as an optimal state concept creation so that the following questions could be answered:
- How to set up a balanced key performance indicators?
- How to analyse processes and activities easier?
- How to create a service catalogue? How manage them?
- Which management methods the organization uses and what are their relationships?
- How management methods influences the enterprise?
- Does the information system support organization management and functioning?
- What is the management maturity level of an organization?
